Ibeshe residents drum support for Hon Popoola Omotolani

Ibeshe residents in Ikorodu local government on Tuesday trooped out in hundreds to receive Hon. Popoola Omotolani with pomp and pageantry.

In a bid to show their support for Hon. Popoola and her party (Peoples Democratic Party), the residents rolled out drums and chanted solidarity songs.

At Owode Ibeshe, it was a majestic homecoming for Hon. Popoola

Appealing for understanding and continued cooperation of the people, Hon Popoola Omotolani disclosed that the party has a clear vision to make life comfortable for the people and support their dreams. She solicited for support of the residents and chieftains in the community

In their separate remarks, residents of Owode Ibeshe declared absolute support for Hon. Popoola and other candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party.

Also part of the campaign tour are the party leaders.

I remain PDP governorship candidate in Ogun – Kashamu Published  26 January, 2019  Senator Buruji Kashamu has urged the National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party to respect the court judgment pronouncing him the party’s governorship candidate in Ogun State. Ngige clarifies govt stand on minimum wage Published  26 January, 2019  Dr. Chris Ngige, Minister of Labour and Employment says the minimum wage of N27, 000 is standard for all workers, but the Federal Government will pay federal workers N30,000. The minister made this known in a statement signed by Mrs lliya Rhoda, Assistant Director, Press, of the ministry in Abuja on Saturday. According to the minister, President Muhammadu Buhari constituted a Tripartite Committee on National Minimum Wage in November 2017 to consider the issue and recommend a new national minimum wage.
